NYE - Under the Lights
Join Us for the 3rd Annual New Year’s Eve Under the Lights!
Celebrate the New Year on the west side with our 3rd annual New Year’s Eve Under the Lightsevent! This family-friendly celebration is packed with fun, activities, and excitement for all ages.
Family Countdown (7:30 PM – 9 PM):
Kick off the evening with a special early countdown for families! Perfect for the little ones, this portion of the event features:
A s’mores station for a sweet treat.
Face painting and hair sparkles for kids to get into the spirit.
Photo opportunities to capture the joy of the night.
Late-Night Celebration (9 PM – Midnight):
As the night progresses, the event transforms into an energetic celebration for adults. Highlights include:
Live music by Nube Nueve Latin Jazz.
A FREE champagne toast at midnight to welcome the New Year in style.
A caricature artist creating personalized keepsakes.
A tarot card reader offering intriguing insights into the year ahead.
Gourmet s’mores to enjoy under the festive lights.
This year, tickets are required, so be sure to reserve yours in advance to join the fun! Whether you're celebrating with family or friends, this event promises a night to remember as we ring in the New Year together.
OCC Tree Lighting Ceremony
Santa, hot cocoa, and community - what more can we say. This event is FREE and open to the public we invite everyone to join in singing Christmas carols, taking selfies with Santa, and embracing the holiday spirit! There will be music by Singer Jahida Esperanza Band (Christmas Brass)!
Swings & Strings
FREE and open to the public at Bancroft Park!
Vivaldi Classics and Jazzy Blues performed live in the Park! Guest performances by Guest performances by Vocalist Tatiana “LadyMay” Mayfield Ormao Dance Company Smokebrush Players.
Summer Concert Series
Music in the park is FREE and open to the public and will be held at Bancroft Park all summer long! Grab a picnic from your favorite local OCC restaurant and don’t forget your lawn chair or blanket.
