To create more public art and pedestrian space activation, the OCC Partnership wrapped a few of the utility boxes in the commercial district area with art. Through this approach, we have a chance to transform large, metallic boxes into showcases for local art.

Goals

• Enhance the experience of being in OCC by adding color, texture, and liveliness to the main street commercial district

• Showcase local artists with creative uses of otherwise purely functional utility infrastructure
